Dr. Peketi holds an LLM from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Ph.D. from Andhra University. He has been teaching law for 32 years and previously served as faculty at Chanakya National Law University, Patna, for five years. He has delivered over 25 guest lectures at Police Training College, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Rao has presented papers in more than 15 National Level Seminars and participated in four UGC-sponsored Refresher Programs, including sessions at NLSIU, Bangalore, and Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He has served as an Election Officer over 15 times for Parliamentary and Panchayat elections. His recent research includes a Minor Research Project on Benami Transactions, and he is currently working on a project about Construction Workers' Welfare. Dr. Rao's published articles appear in reputed UGC-approved journals. His key research interests are Property Law, Service Law, and Intellectual Property Laws. Dr. Peketi is enthusiastic about collaborative research in Social Sciences.
